Conduct open houses to maximize exposure
Create ads using appropriate media
Prepare a home book to display during showings
Monitor activity on home:
Follow up on all showings conducted by other agents and provide a report for you
Monitor open house activity, retain contact information of all visitors, and update you on the progress
Oversee offers to purchase:
Help you understand the real estate selling/buying processes, contracts, party responsibilities, including seller obligations
Present the strengths and weaknesses of offers to purchase
Help you make financial considerations
Pre-qualify buyers
Help manage emotions relating to the sale
Negotiate the terms of offers you receive on your property

Monitor the deadlines and responsibilities of all parties in the transaction
