In today's marketplace, buyers have the option of being represented by their own real estate agents throughout the duration of their home purchase.

 

Quite frankly, that's the way I prefer to work with my clients who are purchasing properties. When I'm spending time showing you homes, I'm getting to know and care about you. I want to help protect your interests, give you advice and negotiate the best terms for you. But I can only do that if I'm your buyer's agent.

 

As your buyer's agent, I can:

 

  • Show you all the homes you have interest in at a time that is convenient for you
  • Schedule every appointment and plan the showing routes for you
  • Provide you with market data and listing and sales history for properties of interest
  • Offer advice about pricing
  • Strategize the terms of your offer to meet your needs
  • Make strategic suggestions during the offering process
  • Negotiate your interests after your inspection
  • Monitor all deadlines and responsibilities of both parties under the contract
  • Continue to negotiate details along the way
  • Act as a mediator between you and the seller
  • Get you through the closing
